This issue has been resolved. The tax returns that were rejected have been sent correctly to the Tax Authorities. It is possible that your returns are still marked as rejected. This is because it concerns an incorrect type of VAT return or because it concerns an outdated year that Digipoort can no longer support. We advise you to review these returns and, if necessary, adjust the type or submit the return directly to the Tax Authorities. Our apologies for the inconvenience.

Investigating
You may experience that messages to the Tax Authorities sent via Digipoort (SaaS) are rejected with the error message: "Er is een fout opgetreden tijdens het versturen van het bericht: ---Generic SOAP Fault exception--- Algemene fout". This occurs when submitting VAT return, and supplementary VAT return. We are investigating this issue, and we will update this page as soon as more information becomes available.
