You may experience authentication failures when you log in to a remote connection application after you have installed KB5074109 Windows security patch. This issue is affecting Azure Virtual Desktop. The issue has been identified by Microsoft. You can resolve the issue by updating to KB5077744, which was released on January 17th 2026. Our apologies for the inconvenience.
