You may receive the error 'Your One Exact Identity account is configured for multiple users. API Connections do not support this type of account.' when creating an API connection, even when you do not have multiple active users linked to your One Exact Identity account. We are investigating this issue, and we will update this page as soon as more information becomes available. Our apologies for the inconvenience.
