You may experience an issue with the calculation of real estate outside the Netherlands in Box 3 when actual return is enabled which results in an incorrect calculated actual return. The actual return for Box 3 is calculated incorrectly on the overview page if both real estate in the Netherlands and real estate outside the Netherlands are selected under benefit from savings and investments. If real estate in the Netherlands is deselected under benefit from savings and investments, the calculation on the overview page for Box 3 actual return will be correct. We are investigating this issue, and we will update this page as soon as more information becomes available. Our apologies for the inconvenience.
