Microsoft has released the July patch, which solves the printing issue. All customers are advised to install the July patch to be able to print invoices again. We are monitoring the results.

The printing issue is caused by a known issue in recent Microsoft Windows updates. Microsoft has acknowledged this issue and is currently working on a solution. We are awaiting their solution. You may experience that you can't print invoices after Microsoft security updates KB5094122, KB5094126, KB5094127 or KB5094128 are installed. When trying to print an invoice you get the message stating “This document seems to be empty,” with the choices to continue or cancel. Both options will result in an empty document.
