A fix has been implemented. Currently, the delayed webhooks will gradually be resolved. We will keep monitoring these webhooks and provide further updates when the delay has been resolved.

Due to the increased backlog in webhooks it will take longer to process the queued request. The webhooks are still delayed. We will provide more updates as soon as more information becomes available.
